This is my first radio receiver, 1950, it's a RCA AR88 and it was used before and during the world war 2 

When I was in Germany, I was in a forward air control squadron, and this is some of our radio equipment.

This is some of the equipment I worked on while I was in the Air Force.100 KW transmitters.

Home brew 4-1000 grounded grid amplifier built in 1957.
